I wanna learn how to be more happy with things that bring slow gratification, I find that in society we have so many things that are instant gratification that it ruins our dopamine levels, we wanna know a question (look it up), want a certain food (uber eats/fast food), wanna look at naked people ( it’s now a problem), and whether we like to admit or not if these things are taken too far they can have consequences, I know that things like not spending all day on electronics (ie. Video games, Tv, and your phone) since those things can lead to boredom and restlessness, stuff like working out, martial arts, reading your bible, reading in general, prayer, gardening, or drawing but what are some more things you can do, please if possible use both an example for indoors and outdoors if possible, God bless and always remember, that Jesus loves you❤️
