IWTL HOW DO I DONT WASTE MY POTENTIAL

Listen , i read ,I watch documentaries , go into rabbit holes , very curious, intrested in many things . But I don't finish my tasks , I don't start them.in a sentence I'm really good at thinking , analyzing and all that but can't complete a task procrastinate with more intellectual round of procrastination. I know I seek novelty so much and there by start so many things and dive into it. How do I make myself shut up and just do it. Please don't tell me just do it .thanks in advance
