ISO: Dermatologists that will bill your insurance for cosmetic procedures that are typically non-covered

I’m looking for a dermatologist—ideally in the Miami/Miami Beach area—who is open to billing insurance for treatments that are typically considered cosmetic or elective (e.g., acne treatments, laser therapy, mole removal, etc.).

I understand that some providers are more flexible or creative when it comes to coding visits or procedures, especially if there’s a way to link them to medical necessity. If anyone has recommendations for dermatologists who are willing to work with insurance in this way (or who have done it for you), I’d really appreciate it!
