is this news to anyone else?

with as crappy as local politicians are addressing things that actually matter, i could definitely see this being news that most people first find out about through a morgan & morgan law instagram ad (which is hilarious in a “these are the times we live in” sort of way).

but was this somehow news on a bigger scale that i missed? a couple of months ago several miami-dade zip codes received a letter in the mail from water & sewer stating that some pipes carrying water were made out of unidentifiable materials whose health impacts were unknown. is this possibly related to that?

i’ve never heard of this being an issue in all of the mentioned locations to this extent. anyone know anything?
