there are lots of elaborate sophisticated scams going on (our private data is all available for purchase by scammers on the dark web)

before helping my mom pay this ticket I just want to due a bit of due diligence and make sure this is a real site

I wish they would have added more info on the website

what are other good ways to check?

( I once got a letter from Spain after a car rental - for some violation - turned out to be a scam ! google it )
