Is it easy to meet people in your 30's here in WPB?

I'm visiting WPB, and I find it really beautiful. Every time I come here, I consider moving here, but what blocks me is my thought that it would be hard to meet people, especially a significant other who's in her mid 20's or 30's but I have no idea if it's true that it would be harder here compared to the Tampa area where I live in right now.

I'm in the downtown WPB area right now, and I do seem to see a lot of older people but maybe there is a decent younger crowd as well.
