Interesting mall in Miami

I visited Miami a few months ago and I loved it. One thing I thought that was really interesting was this mall, I believe it was near tamiami and the design district, not too far from little Havana. There was a shopping mall, near a body of water where the stores were all stacked on top of eachother in a high rise building. Some of these stores were old navy and Publix. Does anyone know the name of this place? Thank you
