I made $18,000 in the past 5 or 6 months and only have ~1300 in the bank despite spending the majority of my time home.

It's killing me, I have to go without insurance. I have to get rice and beans when grocery shopping. I have cut out a lot of my bills to about 100 a month for electricity.

About 70 a month for internet and cable, cut that down to 30 a month.

I'm still not making it.

I have no car payment and pay 600 a month for rent as the other 300 kicked in by the roommate, still not making it on $20 an hour.

Spent $1100 for the next 6 months of car insurance, was paying about 420 for health insurance per month realized that's the biggest ding in my savings, would have $5000+ in savings if I go without insurance for a year.

Still not making it despite being miserably cheap.

Living in a trailer park, still not making it on 20 an hour.

Can't wait till I go back to working as a CO in a prison with those sign-up bonuses.

I was making the best money of my lifetime, and I was financially stable. I loved the overtime and the benfiets and the union.

Edit: Also recently moved out, got fucked by $1800 for security deposit and first months pay.
