I have a Bahamian Avocado tree I might need to give away

I made this post before about a year ago, my HOA wouldn’t let me keep my potted plant outside my door but I was able to give the plant to my uncle who lives a few miles away from me. Now I am asking again since it’s time for the tree to be planted and he also lives in an HOA where you cannot plant things on their property. I want to say it is 2 feet tall, it is already growing bark 2/3s the way up or so and it is well taken care of. I can get pictures of the tree this week, it is currently in a large pot. The pit comes from an avocado my great grandmother planted 20 years ago so it would be nice if someone who appreciates gardening and horticulture or tree caring whatever idk what it’s called lol.
