How safe is the area around the Whole Foods on Glades Road?

Hello. I found a couple houses in my price range south of that Whole Foods but slightly north of the shopping center at the corner of I-95 and W Palmetto Park Rd. I like how those houses are near shopping options, including Town Center. Is the area safe? CrimeGrade.org seems to give it a B rating but their methodology isn't transparent, so it's hard to know how reliable it is. Thanks!
