How is living in Deerfield vs Boca?

So I’ve lived in Boca for many years and so I know the Boca bubble quite well.

I noticed property is much cheaper in Deerfield so I was wondering how is it actually different in Deerfield vs Boca?

Is it really ghetto and dangerous? Honestly the thing I like about Boca is that it’s safe I never feel unsafe walking down the street even at night.

Is Deerfield really out of the Boca bubble or is it more of the same just not as luxurious?
