I’m 31F, single, and moved to Miami 2 weeks ago. How do you meet new people here?

I’m located downtown and I’ve walked around, hung out in the social areas of my apartment etc.

But haven’t made any connections.

I’m looking to make female friends and open to dating. Are apps the way to go ?
