How bad is this area? My realtor won't even show me a listing

Hey everyone,

I'll be moving to West Palm in a few months and looking at some townhouses. There's a place I like around Okeechobee Blvd and Haverhill Road that I'm interested in. Another is on Executive Center Drive, just East of I-95 and next to Clear Lake. My realtor insists these are very unsafe areas and wouldn't recommend even touring any places here. I just wanted to hear what the area is like. Thank you everyone!
