How are locals managing in this economy?

The last couple of years, there were several posts from locals sharing major issues with housing, food costs, and lack of jobs.

Lately, I've seen significantly less posts of economic concerns especially compared to other city subs.

Is rent now more affordable? Have locals stopped migrating out of Miami?
