Housing programs etc?

Parents looking to move to east Boca, Delray, west Boynton, they can qualify for 55+ and low income. They’re open to gated communities , don’t need a golf course, and obviously as close to beach as possible. Either 2-3bd/bth for sale or rent. Looking for housing assistance programs of any kind (not section 8), but lower rent/hoa assistance
