Hotel suggestions in WPB

Hi, I'll be visiting WPB and wondering which of these 3 hotels you would choose and why ?

-The Canopy

-The Hilton WPB - downtown

-AKA West Palm

The parking situation isn't clear, and some reviews mentions that they all apply a 40 to 60$ Valet Fees per day. Is there any parking option at 20 or 30$ a day to suggest in the area ?
