Honest opinions on Laurel apartment building

I am considering moving to WPB and possibly renting at the Laurel. The apartment building looks beautiful but it is quite pricey, so I am hoping existing or former tenants could help evaluate if it’s worth it. Are there flaws about the building that I should be aware of?

I am also a bit concerned with the construction going on on the east side - is the noise ok?

I work from home, so I would need a place that can be both good for home and work.
