Hiring Spanish/english speaking personal assistant. Location between Coral Gables&Design District

Any advice or suggestions before I post this role:

Personal Assistant

A strong command of both English & Spanish is required. This hire will shadow me throughout the day. The role involves general office work, sending emails, making phone calls, Excel docs, appointment setting, personal tasks and errands. One of the main roles will be to assist in improving my Spanish.

This hire must have a driver’s license and own a car. This hire will have a desk in my office and accompany me to most meetings and personal appointments.

Dress code business casual.

Start date September 8, 2025

Mon-Friday 9-5, rare-but some weekends & evenings as needed.

For the first 3 months you will be hired as an independent contractor and paid through a 1099 tax form. Future compensation to be negotiated after the trial period.
