Help on how to dress for work in June

Hi! I’m going to Miami in mid June for a business trip.

I have NO idea how to dress. Here is winter, the sky is falling and it’s freezing (Chile.) I’m the Design Lead of the team and my usual summer wardrobe is classic or hippie chic, colors are always pink, purple, white, blue and black. Maybe one red top.

What I have now (for my summer: up to 36°C/96.8°F and very dry) - Cotton white shorts - Maxi and medium dresses - Skirts (below the knee) - Cotton (or blends) T-shirts - Palazzo or bell bottom Jeans - Rarely, a Jean jacket or a cardigan - Birkenstock sandals - Ballerina flats - A cute straw hat

It’s not at all office attire, the hippier the better for me, very flowy and comfortable. I work from home, so I’m almost always barefoot.

I know this can work if I were going like on vacation, but it’s not that way (sadly.) Also, this is a big company and I try to see how the woman dress there but they never turn on their cameras! I work from home for an IT company so nobody cares.
