Helium balloons.

I bought some balloons on Amazon for my son’s bday. Does anyone know where I can pay to get helium put in? I know Michael’s and dollar tree have helium but not sure if they’ll blow them up if not purchased there? Obviously I’d pay for the helium etc. thanks!
