Heading South From BHm

I am likely going to accept a transfer within my current company to take a N Miami territory. I would have the N side of the city up to FLL. I am a single woman in late 40s. I speak fluent Spanish and enjoy culture and diversity. I have spinal issues and enjoy working out at Pure Barre. I would like to be close to a studio to do early morning classes. My first choice would be to rent a 2-3 br townhouse for $2500-3k. Please make your recommendations for where to live. Hollywood? Haileah? Where else? Why?
