Have you or someone you know sold their house to a ‘we buy houses for cash’ company in Miami? What was the experience like?

I’ve been hearing a lot about these cash home buying companies that claim they can close in a few days, no inspections, no fees, etc.

Has anyone here actually gone through the process in Miami?

Did they lowball you? Was it smooth?

There seem to be so many companies offering cash for homes in South Florida, but I can’t tell which are legit and which are shady.
