Hand movements feeling weird and slow mo

Sometimes when I smoke too much my hands get weird. It feels nearly like an out of body experience. I can see my hands doing the action unlike being natural to me. I am very much aware of the presence of my hands and fingers but only when I see them. And they look weird too. I've had this experience a couple of times now and it usually fades as the high dies down. I was wondering if anyone experienced something similar?
