Halloween Get Together/Hangout?

Anyone here down to hangout on Halloween? I am young African American Woman in my 30s who is always described as being extremely very fun, spunky, bubbly, energetic, genuine, respectful, kindhearted, etc. and just all around the best personality and great positive vibes all around and completely drama-free. I haven't been in the spirits lately especially the Halloween Spirit but decided I want to do something where I can bring others together and do something fun and amazing and keep the best great vibes flowing.

I would love to hangout with newer people in the same age group as me or even older that are completely drama-free and just bring everyone together on this amazing holiday and have a great time and also make new friendships and so on. Would even build a community where we can plan fun activities in the future where we can plan hangouts and so on.
