For those living in downtown wpb, how bad is the Clematis music at night? (Oversea, Griffis)

I'm moving next month. I looked at Griffis and Oversea and really liked both. But I'm worried about that 2am Clematis music/bass. How bad is it? Loud enough to keep you awake every night?

Roxy's rooftop bar looks like a direct shot to the south facing units at Griffis. Should I stay away from those?

Any other insight on either Griffis or Oversea? Thank you!
