Food gift to send as a surprise?

Hi! I live in Colorado but my friend lives in West Palm Beach and just completed a personal milestone. I'd like to send him a food-based gift and would love it to be a local option, some dessert or other food that is very well loved in the area (especially if it comes with cute/fun presentation). Budget is $135.
