FLL L&F policies are awful! Need R Airpod

Been trying to find my right Airpod Pro 2.0 at the FLL lost and found, no luck and the MFers are making me pay $35 JUST to submit a claim! I have never seen anything like that before, AND THEN the nerve to ask me to pay $44 more to expedite the claim. That doesn't mean that theyll find it, kinda screwed here, need to avoid the apple store for replacement (for reasons) and apple care is not an option.
