Feedback on “ The Crossings” community

I see there a few apartments for sale at “The Crossings” in Boynton Beach, they look nice but is it too good to be true? The reviews on Google are not good, are these just angry neighbors or is it really that bad? How’s the area? Any feedback welcome! Thank you!
