looking to host a "prompt engineering/AI learning" group

Hey everyone, I'm a (34M) program director at a large healthcare company and am trying to focus on becoming more proficient with using AI. I'm not super technical but am looking to get there. I could host a weekly group at my house depending on the feedback, curious to see if anyone out there is interested.
