Fair Dentists with Payment Plans (No Insurance)

I need a cavity filled, maybe even a root canal, and I'm really not in a position to get financially destroyed. Any good dentists in the county that have fair prices, won't do extra stuff that's not necessary, and offer payment plans to people with no insurance?
