Epsilon NFA-> NFA😭

Hi I’m having trouble with the conversion of epsilon NFA -> NFA. I know how to convert the normal one but this question just makes me rethink everything back. Is there any way or specific rules that i need to follow when encountering this kind of question. This is not a homework just exercises ( the solution is not helpful as it only show the final answer). I know that we have to find epsilon closure but i just can’t think😭
