Endocrinologist and Dietician Recommendation

Hello. My mom recently moved to Boca and is looking for an endocrinologist and dietician to help manage her diabetes. Can anyone recommend someone? I understand most endocrinologists work with a particular dietician so if you can recommend both that would be great. Thank you!
