I frequent the fantastic beaches of North Beach (70th/85th).
Like everywhere in the world, we face plastic waste.
I regularly see tractors flattening the sand, but I never see them sifting.
When you dig a little deeper into the sand, you find a lot of plastic.
However, I know the city has sifting machines, so where are they used and when?
