Easy Card payment glitch h

So I have a new Easy Card, and can't load funds. When I try to add my credit card online , it demands an address from a nonsensical drop down box that doesn't include my Address.

My billing address is not in Miami, and all the options presented are Miami. This occurs no matter if I use the MiamiGo app, the mobile Transit store, or web. Of course, the Easy Card Customer Service is only available M-F, and this is Sunday.

Hoping someone knows a work around to this. Will I be able to load at a kiosk near Miami Central Station?
