Downtown West Palm Apartments

Hey everyone!
I'm a 23-year-old single male professional making just over $100K/year, currently living way out west near Jog & Okeechobee. My roommate and I are ending our lease in November, so I’m starting to look for a new place (to live on my own).

Ideally, I’m hoping to move closer to downtown West Palm. My budget is up to $2,850/month, and I’d love to find a spot that’s walkable, has a pool, and gives me the option to walk to work.

If you have any apartment recommendations or know of places I should check out, I’d really appreciate it!

Edit- Id prefer a 1bed/1bath, but do to my budget I am okay with a studio. I don't need anything too fancy, prefer cheaper rent, then more amenities. I work by Evernia/south olive.
