Don Estridge car line cutting

What is wrong with people? There’s a line in both directions waiting and this Tesla just passed everyone in line and is trying to cut in right at the front. A grey older hyundai did it yesterday and a white bmw SUV just PARKED blocking the entire car line the other day because they wanted their middle schooler to walk out to get in their car. People had to go around into the traffic lanes and get back in line in front of her. I’m surprised there wasn’t an accident.
