Date boating options?

Want to take spouse out for a date, would love to do a nice boat tour or something fun on the water. Maybe where I can tie up at a restaurant and have dinner too? Would need to be captained boat. Interested in Boca, Ft Lauderdale or Delray area. Prefer it to be nice and classy-ish, not a booze cruise on a tiki hut.
