DAE think that people who believe school is useless are stupid?

Recently ive been meeting so many (young usually) people say that school is stupid and useless, and that we dont learn anything in it, but i completely disagree even if im a student myself. Sure the school might not teach u about what to pursue in life, how to do taxes etc, but you learn BASIC stuff. You wont use trigonometry or Shakespeare if u dont want to pursue in teaching or anything similar, but you need basic math, basic comprehension, etc to function like a normal person and actually do something with your life. (Not trying to sound insulting to other people) I just generally think that school IS necessary to a certain extent, and I want some opinions on this from other people.
