DAE have songs playing in their head because of thinking of or hearing a single word?

I always have songs playing in my head and I know that’s pretty normal, but what is tiring sometimes is that a single word will trigger a song that I haven’t heard in years not only this, but after a song starts playing in my head its lyrics will trigger another song and so it continues 🤦🏽 even the rhythm of a similar word I know we can’t ‘hear’ words when we are thinking but I feel like I can hear it. I also don’t think there’s a passing second where I don’t have a song playing in my head. Even the second I wake up.
