DAE feel like the act of having sex is corny in the moment?

I feel very self conscious and like the things I’m doing are so corny and ridiculous. Also flirting just feels so stupid and disingenuous, like I’m acting. I get that this means I probably haven’t been with the right person because I feel like I should be getting lost in the moment? Am I alone here?
