DAE actually really appreciate criticism?

It seems most people get offended when they are criticized for anything. I’ve always seen it as helpful feedback. Even if the criticism is unwarranted and I disagree, it’s still an opportunity to reflect on my character and reassert my values. Anybody else take it in stride rather than a blow to their ego?
