Condo management company recommendations?

Hello neighbors,

I would appreciate any recommendations and cautions regarding companies that manage condominium communities in north PBC. It seems to me that there aren’t a lot of options, but I have encountered some concerningly low standards and am obligated to figure out if what our options are to take over management of my community.
