Commuting west from Coconut Grove?

Hi everyone, I'm going to be moving to Miami in a couple months for work. My job is in the Olympia Heights area. I'm looking into neighborhoods to live in and like what I've heard about Coconut Grove the most. I'm trying to get a feel for how bad the traffic would be commuting west if it's about 20 minutes without traffic? Should I give up and live closer, or will I be going more against the flow of traffic?
