I know I’m eating at home a lot more because restaurants have gotten crazy expensive. And a lot of them are closing. But there’s a reason for that: skyrocketing rents, quadrupled insurance, spike in the cost of food like beef and eggs. I poked around a bit and thought you guys might be interested in why we’re seeing a rash of restaurants closing.
