Clinical research opportunities

Hello, I am looking to move back to my hometown in south Florida. I’m 25 years old, I make a little over 60k a year at a CRO. I’m working on the clinical management side. I’m looking to move back but there doesn’t seem to be much opportunity besides Miami or Orlando. Any have any experience with this?
