Choose Schools for Kids

Hello, i was not born and raised here, so i would like to hear opinions from parents and who studied here...

We have two kids, we moved to Weston and they go to elementary school, which is great. no complain.

My question is, Middle School and High School... is there any major differences between public and private schools? we can afford private schools but "everybody" says "public is good as private".

as i told before, i was not raised here, so i cant be that sure... in my country, private is much better, much more opportunites, sports, researchs, etc...

before we moved, i went to American Heritage and Pinecrest... first impression is that students are just a "number" and they just want the ones that can get a high GPA to use as advertising... but the numbers dont lie too...

Whats your personal opinion about that?
