My husband and I made a great lifestyle change lately, eating whole foods and walking since the end of August. Im already down 12lbs, he's down 25+ last time I asked. We shop for fruits, veggies etc mainly at Publix for the BOGOs and a little at Foodtown. Are they any more affordable alternatives with the same great quality?
