Cheap dental care for dog?

Hi, I recently took in my (now deceased) aunt’s dog, and noticed she has severe periodontal disease and will need to get what looks like an abscess/gum mass? removed as well as a few teeth. I feel horrible and can only imagine the pain she must be in, however i can’t afford to fork over thousands to take care it unfortunately. Is anyone able to suggest a veterinarian that does affordable dental care, or at least do payment plans. Im willing to travel anywhere in Sfl, and im currently located in west palm beach. Thanks :)
