Best neighborhoods to take child to go trick or treating?

Hello everyone, I knows we are hours away from the kiddos going to get candy but what is the best neighborhood to go trick or treating? Ive been taking my child around Northwood since that was my childhood but I noticed last year it wasn't much. I want to take her where there are good energy and scares too. Any suggestions
