Best Marriott/Sheraton property in WPB

I have a cert I need to burn and know the Singer Island has a resort and parking fee. The Ben has a parking fee. I won't be eating so breakfast/happy hour/etc is not a concern. Swimming isn't a concern as I am local and will be resting. Heard the PBGardens and the Fairfield Wellington are high rated. I have classpass so fitness center isn't important if the parking is in-and-out.

I guess I am looking for quiet comfort that isn't cold. Probably have the window/balcony open with wifi/tv on the whole time as I am fatigued.
